How do I conclude a contract?
Send your details and the print job via the form on this page. Our manager will contact you and prepare the documents for the conclusion of the contract. You can also sign a contract when placing an order at our service centers.
❓ Do you work with VAT?
We work with VAT, all prices in the price list and on the website are indicated in Belarusian rubles, including VAT of 20%.
How do I place an order for legal entities?
On the website: when placing an order in the shopping cart, select "Non-cash payment on behalf of the organization".
By email: when sending the print job, indicate that you plan to pay by bank transfer, and specify the details of the organization or legal entity, if you are already working with us under an agreement.
In the service centers: indicate to the operator when placing an order that it is planned to pay by bank transfer, and specify the details of the organization or legal entity if you already work with us under the contract.
❓ Need to print very urgently, where to apply?
When placing an order in any convenient way, indicate that the order is urgent. It will be completed as soon as possible. We guarantee the fulfillment of urgent orders within 3 hours (for orders up to 200 rubles). More often than not, it is much faster.
Is there a parking lot near you?
Next to each of our service centers, you can easily find convenient parking within walking distance:
Gikalo 3: Parking is available along Gikalo Street, as well as a large outdoor parking lot - check-in next to the printing center.
Khmelnitsky 7: along Khmelnitsky Street, you will almost always find a free parking space.
Independence Square: the parking lot of the Stolitsa Shopping Center is at your disposal.
In what format should I send the layout? Can you help with preparing the layout for printing?
Our design department will be happy to help you develop an individual layout, make any edits or prepare your layout for printing. You can also prepare the files yourself according to ourRules for preparing layouts for printing.
In which case do you work with deferred payment with payment once a month?
In most cases, we work with regular customers on a postpaid basis once a month. In this case, you will be able to do the work for a month and pay for it in one payment at the end of the period.
What delivery options do you offer?
Convenient delivery methods are available to receive ready-made orders for any time and occasions:

- delivery by courier, with the help of Yandex.Taxi or cargo taxi (for large orders) in Minsk

❓ Can I place or receive an order on the weekend? How quickly will it be completed?
You can place an order at any convenient time - online on the website or by sending an assignment by email; or in our service centers. The order will be completed during business hours: Mon-Sat: 7.30 - 21.00; Sun: 10.00 - 21.00. You can get it at the service centers or arrange delivery in Minsk or throughout Belarus. The order will be completed as soon as possible.
