I applied to the printing center to order a wedding photo album. The operator girl explained in great detail how to order an album online and showed the program for the album design. There were questions about the program at home, the operator on the phone suggested what to do. I placed the order late in the evening. The next day, at 17.30, a message came that the order was ready. The photos in the album are of excellent quality. I am very pleased with the work done.

Ordering calendars on the website. 1. In some cases, it is impossible to make your own layout qualitatively, there are simply no necessary tools in the editor. I had to use ready-made designs (templates). 2. After sending the order, no one accompanies the projects. That is, if the computer's color rendering is slightly different from the real picture, no one will call back and say: "Dear customer, thank you for choosing us. We accepted your order, but your background of the first picture is yellow, and the second is gray. Do you really want that? We have a more suitable background for the second page - yellow..." Although a message of strange content that the staff of the printing center should contact me was sent to me ... Initially, an attempt was made on my part to contact the center itself directly to avoid misunderstandings of this kind, but I was politely recommended to do everything in the editor on the website. 3. I would like to use thicker paper for calendars. 4. The center's consultant refused to be present when checking the order (I attribute it to the fact that he did not hear my request). As a result, there was no chance to prove that the calendar was already crumpled to me. The products laid out in bags are piled on the shelf, it is not surprising that the calendar sheet is crushed on the spring ... One star is for speed...
