Hello everyone. I want to tell you my experience with "Pencil". Very captivating rave reviews. My order consisted of 3 photoreproductions under glass, passport + wooden frame. The order was delivered on time, the quality was satisfied. Over time, the corners began to diverge on my frames, I began to notice other nuances, I was saving up the negative. The main irritation was caused by not quite clean glass from the side of the black passport. And I decided to write my review. Just not negative, but grateful. They contacted me, found out the problem. Anastasia from the baguette workshop deserves the highest rating. Everything was done with dignity. I bow low and thank you for the quick, clear and high-quality work. On Sunday, 06/07/2020, at about 12 o'clock in the afternoon, I applied for a printout of a collage of non-standard A2 format to the new center on Bogdan Khmelnitsky. It so happened that it was urgently needed on the same day and at the same time there was no clear understanding of which printout material was most suitable + as it turned out, this is a non-standard format for certain frames.. Thank you very much to that polite and understanding girl - you are a true professional in your field: you prompted, helped to correct the desired format for the canvas 60*40 (you had the source code from Photoshop with you), formed and sent an urgent order and also coordinated with a call to the point in the shopping center Stolitsa (printing on canvas is done there) - where I am in as a result, I took the finished order (the quality is super) within 2 hours. Thank you, you helped out a lot. I recommend it to everyone and will come to you again!

"Pencil" is good) and the print quality is excellent, and all the staff are polite and friendly. They answered all the questions of a person who does not understand anything in print, helped to choose the most profitable option. I praise, advise, I'm already preparing a new order)

I have been ordering calendars, photo books and just printing photos in Pencil for years. Everything is done promptly and efficiently. I will continue to address them in the future.

They work quickly and professionally, but the prices are not the most pleasant. It feels like you're paying for quality, but it's too expensive for a student, it would be super to have a student discount
